Entertainment program at the hall was a bit loud and lasted till midnight. A bit of inconvenience considering early morning check out to airport

We have stayed many times at this hotel and always been very pleased with the reception from staff

The Hotel is a 10 minute walk to the beach, The room is very modern and a good size bathroom with undeliverable shower with Hot water any time of the day. The Staff are fabulous.

Amazing, a bonus to be able to use the facilities of the Alone Hotel. Great Local Bus Service

The Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. loved the outdoor seating area. We know the location so we're happy with our surroundings. Yes its a little walk to the beach, 15 minutes, but the buses are amazing if you have mobility issues. Liked being able to use Hotel Alone as its sister hotel, which had lovely spanish entertainment. Breakfast and evening meal lovely, plenty of variety. Loved the fact that on half board you could choose whether you wanted to either eat at lunch time or evening. We arrived late at night, so the reception guy opened up the restaurant where there was a a table set up for us, with so much food, we have never come across this fantastic service before.

Nice locaction, good breakfast and dinner, clean, friendly staff.

There is animation till 11 (12 over the weekend). As the whole building is a big atrium, the noise goes everywhere. Finding parking around the hotel is not easy.

We had lovely time on the beach in the quiet location.

We had full board at the restaurant and really enjoyed the food and free wine and water for lunch and dinner , and if someone wanted it was sparkling for breakfast as well.Negative for us was very late dinner 20-22 pm as we had child by that time he was very tired and was ready for bed !Room was clean and refurbished . Hotel is in the quiet location but thats what we wanted. Walk to the beach takes 15 min.Our boy used the pool accross the road (sister hotel Alone).The only one thing we didnt go to its entertainment , it was very late and for older , spanish people.

Very late dinner time 8pm, kid was ready for bed. Entertainment starting at 22 pm and later wasnt for us as well.

Like everything about the Hotel and interaction with Alone Hotel, such a shame A Dog Hotel....you cannot take to outside patio areas to listen to music at Alone Hotel..otherwise l agree with every other Rule. I liked the look of the hotel and the access to the neighbouring hotel. Most of the staff were so friendly. I enjoyed the authentic Spanish buffet and it was nice to go to a hotel where the majority of inhabitants were Spanish and not British.

On the first night I arrived I had an awful experience with the night receptionist. He was so rude and unhelpful to the extent that I had to walk to another hotel to get hot water for my babies bottle. Similarly, in Hotel Alone opposite, a bar maid kept repeating that she didn’t speak English when I was asking for a RED BULL. There is only one way to say Red Bull across the entire planet. Soon as another waiter turned up he understood straight away. She was clearly just being awkward like the night receptionist. He could’ve easily gone on to Google translate and found out what I needed that way but instead he just kept saying “no speak English” and told me why don’t I learn Spanish?? I had been there for just an hour or 2 after a long stressful day travelling alone with my 9 month baby and he had me walking 10 mins to Tropical Splash Hotel at 1am with my baby in my arms. I was so so so so angry and upset. I wanted to leave immediately.

Great little Spanish Hotel with wonderful staff, food and location. Had a lovely 5 night stay with you. A huge thanks to all the staff for looking after us and helping us with our limited attempt at speaking Spanish. You were all brilliant 👏

Nothing much at all tbh. If anything a small fridge and kettle in the room would be really awesome but didn't spoil our stay in any way.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We are from ireland and found all the staff really lovely. Especially Oscar at the bar. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the seafront and bars and restaurants. We will be back.

Excellent location for a quiet break

We originally booked Hotel Tropic but due to ‘technical issues’ about a week before arrival the hotel asked if we would mind moving to Hotel Alone at their request. Hotel Alone is run by the same company but is across the road. We stayed for 6 nights and it was fabulous! The room was cleaned daily. There are two small double beds in the room and all rooms have a balcony. Reception staff speak broken English but let’s be fair they’ve not had many English visitors for the past two years. Hotel staff were always helpful and tried their best to answer any questions. The food is excellent value. All the usual combinations. Bacon and eggs for breakfast, salads and meats for lunch and various meats and salads in the evenings. There is a lot of fish and Paella but what would you expect in Spain! I would recommend the various types of fish and the Spanish oranges are just amazing so fresh and juicy. This hotel is suited to couples, families and older people. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the ‘vibrant’ Benidorm experience. The hotel is situated approximately 3 miles from the centre of Benidorm in a quiet area. There are plenty of places to eat and drink The beach is approximately 10 minutes walk away and is suitable for families and couples.

Amazing hotel, shame about the pool.

The staff was amazing, small but nice selection of food. Great rooms nice and comfortable and not too far to walk to benidorm straight down the beach (approx 35min on a slow walk) out the way extremely relaxing.

The pool wasn't heated so definitely a shock to the system, was jumping into ice water. We went full board, which for drinks only includes water and wine. And the food service was a very small window and at odd times. (Breakfast 0800-1000, lunch - 1300-1500 and dinner 2000-2200)
