    Hotel is perfectly located on the sea with direct access walking to the beach and the marina. Hotel staff are welcoming and breakfast was good. The rooftop restaurant has great view

    Very nice hotel, upscale but friendly, fabulous views of the beach from the sea view balconies, staff was helpful, room was comfortable, clean, and very nicely designed. Breakfast buffet is excellent, massage at the spa was too. Two pools. I will be coming back!

    We booked two adjacent rooms, we informed the hotel one couple were on their honeymoon but they didn’t seem to care. First rooms they gave us was dirty and disappointing and we complained. It was on the first floor we specifically asked for the top floor. Second room they gave us was on floor 4 and it also dirty with poop around the toilet and stains around the shower. We couldn’t close the bathroom door. We complained but they simply didn’t adequately respond to fix the problem. We would be waiting in our room all day and no one came to fix the problem. When I complained their response was terribly inadequate. We paid £**** for seven day hotel booking and we had the service of a 2 star hotel. We asked for lunch in the cafe but we were told we were 15 mins too early in a five start hotel but we can order room service. Room service never bought any food and they failed to respond to our calls. There was dust everywhere. It was horrible experience The list of obvious problems was almost endless.
