Hotel Sercotel Doña Carmela

Quiet, pleasant and clean with nice helpful staff.

Parking facilities but they were full.

Hotel was OK. from the outside you get a bad impression, but inside is nice. With the car you can get to city centre easily. A bit overpriced for the quality they offer.

location ok. With public service it takes too long to get to city centre. With the car is ok. Check in far too long. 35 min to register 5 passports? They refused to heat up a bit of food with the microwave because, they said, they use the microwave "for their own food". fair enough! The point is that I did not want to waist a bit of food left over. We paid 550 euro for two nights, I think you can offer this service. Not sure I paid the right price for the parking. I paid three days for less than 48 hours stay, but perhaps they counted every single day we staid there.

The hotel was very clean and pretty. Every staff members were kind and helpful, could speak English. The breakfast was over our expectation, wide variety of food and drinks. Chech-in until 12.00, which is very good. There is a restaurant what belongs to the hotel. It offers normal food and cakes until 23.00. I suggest this hotel to couples who like the elegant hotels and do not mind to commute to the city center.

The walls were very thin, so we had to listen the conversations and music of the neighbours. The hotel is far from the city center, but we knew it, and there are buses which go to the city center quite frequently (the way is approximatelly 30 min.), furthermore the cercanias (suburban train) stop is also close to the hotel.

Great staff at reception. Absolutely first class.

Room rather tired and had three beds crammed in. Was also next to lift - not a quiet location! Some way out of the city and public transport not too easy. Price had been hiked for the Seville Festival.
