Stayed here several times in the rooms with jacuzzi baths usually excellent
Had a room on the side where the main road is, very noisy with traffic noise, the jacuzzi bath had nail polish marks on the bottom and didn't look lean, so didn't use it, a shame as we had booked it to be used, nail polish marks in the shower awell? Heating didn't seem to work, needed to be warmer in the room, plus no extra blankets either. Was very disappointed this time with our stay at the hotel, we usually can't fault it. The staff are very good.

Location
Work being completed meant floor smelled with strong odour although not in room we wasn't informed about this beforehand
Room had no room for luggage especially as we were staying 7 nights, limited hanging room only 1 drawer, long coats dragged on shelf limiting more room for storage, old sliding door hinge was left on floor very dangerous, Not Impressed, had to pay City Tax although by staying there a week we are bringing money into the city, Hotel should cover for stays over 2 nights
