I wanted something low key, but comfortable and good location. The hotel was perfect for my few days. What made it the most perfect was all the staff. Very approachable, friendly and helpful.

This is tough, as rhe hotel itself was fine, just a little dated. However, the real problem was the lack of aircon. It was sweltering at night, and the 2 fans in the room were woefully ineffective. I complained about it twice to staff and asked if they had any better fans, and was told no. After 3 sleepless nights I gave up and spent another £500 on a hotel in Palmanova. This was far from ideal, especially as it was our honeymoon. What really peed me off was when we went to check out, and after I'd booked, and paid for, the other hotel, we were then told we could have hired a mobile aircon unit for 10 euros a night! Why wasn't I told this on day one when I asked about it? Having to move hotels when you're only away for a week isn't what you want to do, and made what should have been a chance to relax and recharge really stressful.

Amazing hotel, spotless n very friendly. Very central with beach less than 5 minutes walk away.
Don't go with pictures as the room we had wasn't bright yellow.
No air con but can hire for €10 24hrs... worth it..
