Pleasant stay

The employees are very polite and helpful. The location is good and at walking distance to many spots around and 10 mins walking distance to Airport bus stop.

The double bed is two twin beds coming together and they fall apart while you are lying and this is not very comfortable. The shower area is very tight and if you are a big person it is not easy to go in and out of the shower. Still I liked the hotel and will stay again.

Perfect location to attend family wedding but a little noisy outside.

Location was excellent for us. All but one member of staff were lovely.

Expensive. One member of staff spoke to me like I was an idiot when I asked where I could buy some milk locally.

Hotel is shabby and very expensive. You are paying for the location.. Reception staff friendly but always seemed to be doing something else or in a hurry and told us to go to the tourist office for information.

A good hotel which I would recommend to someone wanting to stay in central Modena

The staff were friendly and helpful. This involved assisting us parking our car in their garage facility. Helping us find an evening restaurant and advice with dining locations and explaining other directions around the city. All done in a very pleasant way. The lady at breakfast was also very pleasant. Central location good. Very good breakfast for a small hotel.

We were a little confused locating the hotel and drove our car into a pedestrian area. Perhaps some extra signs would help.

Good hotel in a great location in a great city.

The location is excellent. The staff were great. The bed was comfortable. Apart from a couple of guests who don't understand how locks work the floor was quiet.

The shower is a little small for an average sized male.

Great location, very friendly staff, room was spacious and cleaned very well. We really enjoyed our stay here. Great WiFi. I would recommend it.

Bathroom was small and have to angle to sit on the toilet. The only other thing I would have appreciated would be a real fridge. There was a drinks cooler for the mini bar but no fridge for groceries for a family. Those cooler fridges are not cold enough for milk etc.

Excellent staff- so helpful suggesting restaurants and calling taxis for us. Pricey breakfast @15 Euro. Better options available. Cleaning staff also amazing.

Great place to stay

Great location, generous size room, air con, tea/coffee, fridge and close to shops, cafe’s, bars and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, especially assisting us with navigating our way to the hotel and hotel garage (€30/night).

The property is great, just a bit of a nightmare to reach in a car, the Modena one way system vs Google maps.

Highly recommend the hotel and will stay again if travelling in the region.

Hotel is extremely well situated in central Modena. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. Very central location - all is within easy walking distance. It was easy to find hotel on arrival due to clear directions from Hotel - needed due to the restrictions for cars entering the inner city limits...access is via a certain street only. Parking was possible in the hotel garage which is in same street. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment upon that.

The only comment we would make is that the hotel garage (down the street from the hotel) is very restricted inside as it has many pillars supporting the ceiling/building above, and has only 1 entrance which is also the exit. Our car is a Citroen Berlingo which is larger than average size and parking was quite tight. Nevertheless a great bonus to be able to park there. The car park entrance is open/closed electronically by the Hotel Reception - another bonus.

There was a construction on the building in front our room. So we would wake up at 8am. The shower was horrible, it fell all the time.

Very good location, close to the train station and everything you would want to see in Modena.

It looks like the walls are made of paper there. You can hear everything your neighbours do. When a neighbour turns on a shower, it feels like the shower is just in your room.
