Enjoyable stay in a city I had little knowledge about.

Bed was very comfortable and both the room and bathroom were spacious. Location was relatively convenient to good restaurants. Provision of parking was essential. Air conditioning worked.

Old school Italian hotel .. I wish there were more places like this left

Old-fashioned Italian hotel, easy to find at the outskits of the centre, private parking, bar with grappa, friendly and competent receptionist, lift, WiFi, nice room on the top floor as requested, balcony with a view, nice bathroom with cushy towels, a fridge, short walk away from all the lovely places to explore in Alessandria

Excellent location, paid secure, garage parking, lovely breakfast, super clean and easy going friendly staff. A real plus for us is dogs are made very welcome with no additional charge. What more could you ask for?

The location of the hotel is very good. Everything is in walking distance. The rooms are very clean and they offer a good variety of an Italian breakfast. The staff is friendly and kind.

A nice hotel in a good location with friendly staff and plenty of restaurants nearby

The hotel was nicely decorated. We were able to reserve a parking space in the hotel car park. It was in a nice location in the little streets in the old part of the town. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower cubicle was a bit small but the room and bathroom were very pleasant and clean

Good value and helpful people

The front desk was very welcoming and helpful (and we arrived very late). We got a flat tire on the side street of the hotel and the gentleman who greeted us provided us guidance and made a sign for us (in Italian) to place on our windshield because we were in a no parking zone (bad luck).

The bed could use some new pillows.

Lovely and comfortable stay in Alessandria: couldn't be better

Hotel Europa is a gem. Well positioned, yet with adjacent parking. Recently renovated, rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is varied, with a good selection of continental food. Staff is kind, available and ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We walked to the city centre is 5 minutes and to the stadium in less than 10 min. We would highly recommend it for both leisure and work.
