Fab hotel in a super location

Breakfast absolutely fantastic , so much choice. Hotel in a prime location- didn’t need to use the car at all whilst in Seefeld Pool and spa lovely, and pool so warm - towels provided We loved the complimentary cakes and fruit kebabs of a afternoon whilst at the pool Staff at reception were very helpful

Rooms were very stuffy in the evening as there is no Air conditioning. We had to open the patio door which then woke me up 2 nights with someone on the floor below talking on their mobile on the balcony for an hour.

One of the reception’s lady helped me about the best cheeseburger I ever had

The lady who checked me in, didn’t giveme the room that I booked and I don’t know why!! And I asked the reception to help me with the balcony’s door and the staff didn’t knock the door and open it fast and that was a rude from them

Very nice

Lovely hotel, all facilities you could need. Provided with robe and slippers for the wellness area that has a heated pool, sauna and you can also get a massage. Secure parking for motorcycle. WiFi and room very good. Didn't try the restaurant, but breakfast was very good with freshly made to order omelettes and other delicious food. Great location in a small, pleasant town. Will happily return.

usually I never give the full score because I always think there is always room for improvement, I have been to many hotels in Europe which have been good but I have to say this was exceptional in any way. all staffs from front desk and reception to restaurant staff and house keeping were supper friendly , professional and helpful. wonderful spa and warm pool and Im very happy we picked half board. we are supper happy of our book

A vacation with the grandchildren, a great hotel for families

The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are well equipped, the hotel staff is very responsive to every question and request, I asked for a kettle in the room and it was immediately brought to me, breakfast is served in a bright dining room, there is an abundance of products at breakfast, such as fresh vegetables, good cheeses, great breads, waffles, juices, coffee, Excellent tea, omelets that the chef prepares, and there is also ready-made, jam cakes, and more.. And here is the place to thank the wonderful Michaela, who made sure every morning to welcome us with a smile, and took care of the grandchildren who were with us on vacation, for the special requests like a glass with a lot of ice haha thank you very much And not only us, she with her smile took care of all the guests of the dining room Excellent service. The grandson wanted to eat spaghetti bolognese at night, and I asked if possible, and the chef made it for him and brought it to the room, it was very tasty But we liked the heated pool the most with swimming outside in the snow and cold, and here I want to thank the hotel that heats the pool well which is nice to be in, compared to some hotels I've been to and the pool is not always heated enough The location of the hotel is excellent, parking is no problem, the hotel is right in the center of the town at the beginning of the pedestrian street, great restaurants are next to it, everything is possible on foot

There was nothing not to Like The only thing in my opinion is that there should be a kettle in the room, especially in the winter months, and every day they will make sure to add tea and coffee, it would be really nice

The attitude of the hotel employees and the hotel manager was very ugly and shameful, The hotel lied to us that the ski resort was open on our arrival date, but when we arrived we found out that they lied to us and the ski resort was closed, thus ruining our vacation. They didn't even ask for forgiveness and some kind of understanding. I would not return to a hotel with a bad attitude towards its guests.

Currently there is a building site in front of hotel likely to be there for at least another 6 months. Reception, dining room and bar area are all on different levels and access is challenging if you have mobility issues.

Spa and food ,as well as very good service. Especially Marcella was really top rated service. She was very profesional and it is a value asset for the hotel Eden. The last day we could check out at 13 pm , which was also very big help for us.
