A cozy, family-run, and intimate hotel of the highest standard! The location in the Wachau Valley is absolutely perfect and peaceful, making it an excellent base for cycling trips around the area. The breakfast was legendary—incredibly rich, with wonderful attention to detail. Above all, the host was amazing and provided us with excellent recommendations for local tours. The area is packed with fantastic local restaurants and wine taverns where you can enjoy the region's famous wine. A truly perfect experience!

This family run hotel is just wonderful. It is located in a perfect spot (and less touristed!) town in the Wachau Valley. We were able to explore (by car, bike and foot) the Wachau and knowing we would return to a quiet, well run, clean and exceptional hotel. The morning breakfast is elegant and beautifully set out each morning. Although I knew the hotel would be nice, it exceeded our expectations. Calm, relaxed but professionally run, responsive and kind staff (family!). Highly recommend for a stay to explore this glorious wine region of the Wachau.
It wasn't an issue for us - but if you are challenged by mobility issues (need and elevator or help with luggage) then perhaps this hotel would be a challenge. That said they may have ground level rooms that would address this if needed.

Breakfast was delicious and many items from which to choose. All very fresh and we really enjoyed the homemade items.
No complaints, we look forward to returning.
