Broadway Mansions Hotel - On the bund

Great location right on the Bund, next to Waibaidu Bridge, with a viewing deck overlooking the Bund. Spacious room and a great gym. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lobby staff who helped with our bags, opened the car door and helped with the elevator. The gym staff also helped us with the equipment. Maintenance staff were quick to respond, coming up within 5 minutes when we needed help. The modern lobby also has some nice pieces of the hotel’s history.

The rooms are a little on the older side, although that’s understandable given the hotel’s history. The air conditioning was also a bit loud, especially when trying to sleep.

I guess the location Friends 🤩

Everything was fair 😀

First and foremost this hotel is historically known sinds 1934 and kept intact. My stay went smoothly from the beginning till the end was great nothing to complain about. Normally l don’t do reviews but for this hotel they deserve a good review. And yes, I also went through the reviews of other people who have been there before so I was confident that they weren’t just writing. The front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and lounge were great. The location was amazing just two steps away from all attractions!!! I will definitely be back again!!!

Everything went smoothly

Broadway Mansions Hotel is one of the most prominent historical landmarks in Shanghai. Constructed in 1932 during the time of the concessions, it’s a stunning example of art deco architecture. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, and the views of the Bund from your room windows are unforgettable. The breakfast features an extensive array of western and eastern delicacies and there is also a gym, as well as a dinner restaurant on the property. The hotel is literally on the Bund, separated from it by the first iron bridge in the city. A must stay for those seeking to immerse themselves in the historic colonial era architecture of this modern and dynamic city.
