had a pleasant stay ..nice and calm place with hill view from the balcony. staffs are polite

i like the location and the staffs were very polite and friendly. breakfast was also good. room and toilet is very clean. very quite and calm place with nice view of hills from the balcony.Buffet dinner was also good.

wifi is not so good, most of the time went off. big tv in the living room did not work properly and so was the fridge, not cooling at all.

A relaxing stay at clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff and nice meals.

Excellent breakfast and dinner menu. Staff helped to accomodate our requests, which was good wifi and bathroom with bathtub.

The temperature of the pools were for my taste a bit cold, esepcially for the salt-water pool. The jacuzzi wasnt functioning.

The staff is friendly and very nice, the breakfast is superb, all my requests were fullfilled. I asked for a kettle, It was given it, I asked for a better room view, It was given. The hotel is very friendly to clients, the staff always friendly and smiling and helpful. The saunas are clean and pleasant, the swimming pools are super clean. There is Ayurveda, and massages, and a Finnish sauna, and steam bath, and free tea and a quiet cavern for relaxation. And we will certainly come a third time!! 👏😄🥰👍

One night we had the dinner, but it was aweful. When I book a 4star superior property I expect a certain quality of the food, but it tasted and looked like food purchased at the discounter and microwaved. My gnocchi were dry and hard as if they have been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The breakfast buffet was big but also not what I expect at this kind of establishment. There was not a big selection of high quality food. The rooms definitely need some updating and even though there are several properties belonging together they didn't offer shuttle service to the train station or city center. And the area only has two taxis.

Internet is almost not working in the 3rd floor room where we stayed. Not sure if everwhere is like this. But still wasn’t such a big problem since we wanted to take rest from everything :)

A quite stay with good care

Everything was perfect from the check in till the chekout except one point, see below. Despite the corona restriction we have enjoyed our stay and used the wellness facilities.

The restaurant has forgot my order. It was just a plate of ham and cheese to the wine. Well we have finished the wine before.
