Mas de la Tour is a truly charming place! It’s wonderfully quiet, surrounded by beautiful fields, yet still just a short drive from Roussillon and Gordes. It’s very family-friendly, with an excellent breakfast and delicious dinner options. The pool was perfect for relaxing in the summer heat. Marie does a fantastic job running the daily operations and keeping the family traditions alive. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay in Provence!
Next time I would like to upgrade us into a slightly better room with already refurbished terrace. The second room we booked for the others in our group of 6 was nicer.

Lovely staff and beautiful tranquil location. The owner went out of her way to help me get to where my family were staying. Delightful spot.

I was hoping to love this wonderful country mas..it occupies a beautiful spot in the countryside of the Luberon valley, and is housed in a very attractive old Provençal building. Unfortunately, however, the actual facilities are rather tired and dilapidated (broken sunloungers around a very unsavoury looking green (not in a good way) swimming pool, sparsely furnished, very basic 80s-style bedrooms with no charm and looking very tired and dated. The staff I spoke to were polite and pleasant enough but in an area which is full of outstanding, welcoming and cared-for guest houses in a beautiful part of the world, this one certainly doesn’t compete.
The rooms need a serious upgrade - bathrooms are fine but the dated bedrooms resemble something you would expect from an 80s style low end motel. More care and thought needed in public areas - there is potential for the pool area to be lovely, but it instead feels incredibly neglected and tired. The pool is a strange murky green colour and the loungers are all very old and sagging with the wooden frame poking through, making for a very uncomfortable experience! Little touches such as providing a bottle of water in the room would have been appreciated.

Unfortunately, the bathroom wasn’t great. Clean but the shower was without barrier and after a shower the entire bathroom was a lake.

Nothing. All was perfect.

Location was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Suite room was a great size for our family, and the bonus balcony had gorgeous views.
Restaurant was closed the 1 night we were staying which we didn’t realise until we arrived, so we had to go out and find somewhere to eat on a Sunday which was difficult.

A beautiful spot with stunning views. Room was great with a terrace overlooking the poppy fields. Shame it was raining when we stayed as would have loved to make more of the terrace. Went out for dinner but had drinks in the bar on return, sat in the games room and played chess. Restaurant looked lovely and the outside seating would be great in better weather. Pool looked lovely but didn't get chance to try it. Staff were all lovely and spoke good English. Would highly recommend this place.
Bathroom looked amazing but there was no shower screen so every time we used the shower the whole bathroom got flooded and we would need to mop up the puddles.

Lovely mas in the countryside. Nice breakfast.
The hotel limits the air conditioning to 74 degrees under the banner of "being green". The room was stuffy and stifling and definitelywarmer than 74 degrees.. I have a health condition where I need to be reasonably cool at night. My husband and I were both drenched with sweat. It would be nice also if they could put 2 electric sockets by the bed and an outlet in the bathroom. Also, in the long summer daylight hours the reception would be open until 9:00 instead of 8:00. We almost missed checking in.

It’s charming, rural and very French.
Nicolas and Julie were excellent. The chef produced superb meals every night we were there (3) And have to mention the llamas too!!!
The pool area looked tired and unkept, although a dip was still welcome at the end of the day.

The hotel is very cosy with large rooms. We had an own terrace as well. The staff was very kind and helpful. The restaurant offers wide range of local wines and french food. Every meal we tried were delicious. The surrounding area is simply beautiful. Extra point for Zoe, the dog and for the alpacas.
