Location is excellent
The smell of smoke in the hotel levels and it was cold in the room. Some basic staff provided only after request.

Room was a good size, with a lovely balcony overlooking a very peaceful lane (passage). very quiet and you couldnt believe you were in the heart of Paris.
Bathroom is on the small side, but perfectly functional.

Water issues around shower causing moldy carpet. Smells and carpet replacing and water issue needs fixing .
