Even while having the language barrier the Owner is communicative and responsive. The House was clean and nice. the place is in a very quite and in a well communicated area. The bed was very comfortable but thats matter of preferences.

There seems to be problem with water drainage in bathroom need to remember to keep doors open , some bath rug in front of shower entrance could help so you dont stand on wet ground after somone took a shower..

The unit is in a good location, near the tramline, shops and only a few miles from the city centre. Host met us at the unit to hand over keys.

The shower needs a deep clean.

The facilities were present, like tableware, coffee machine, pots and pans and plates.

- the host was nice when we arrived, but on the last day I asked her very politely whether there was some room to leave after check-out time, as the train was leaving 2 hours later then I'd thought, and then she did not reply anymore, while I could see that she had read my message. A call and a whatsapp later and appr. 10 hours later, just before normal checkout time, she replied; " Bitte um 10 Uhr verlassen". How extremely customer unfriendly. She could have let me know right away. If questions that you regard as uncomfortable, I just don't think the right direction is trying to ignore it and hope it will go away. The beds were hard, the curtains need replacement and the neighbourhood was not very nice.
