A great place to stay.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times, before catching the ferry back to the UK. On both occasions it has exceeded expectations and is excellent value for money. The hotel is in the town centre, surrounded by lovely restaurants and all amenities. It also has its own car park which is a huge bonus.

Bravo La Cosy!

The location was absolutely perfect. The hotel itself was very nice and the owner, Julian was absolutely amazing. Very easy walk from the ferry terminal (15 minutes.) Grocery store conveniently up the road and many delightful shops and restaurants to choose from. The hotel was very safe and secure. Our room was quite comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was happy and memorable.

I have no complaints. Delightful experience.

Great location, great staff, in the middle of the shops, bed so comfy , plenty of hot water .

Exactly as expected and we'll be going again.

This is the second time we've been to this hotel and it was the same as last time. We'll be going again. It's about three minutes drive from the car ferry port. It sits on one of the main N/S aligned streets and pretty much everything you could need is within easy walking distance. Staff are more than helpful!

Perfect location as it was an overnight stay for an early ferry to the UK. Parking nearby - just a few minutes walk. Lots of places to eat and drink and a supermarket nearby (walking distance). Tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Overnight before the ferry

The hotel was easy to find and communication was good. The host was friendly and informative and checkin and out was easy. The room was a good size for an overnight stay, the bed comfortable and everything worked as it should although the decor of the room was abit tired with things having been removed and the holes not filled. A good location for shops and restaurants and there was parking which is not advertised. We didn't have breakfast as caught an early ferry. All in all a comfortable stay and would book again.

Pleasant hotel, good location, good for one night stay before catching the ferry to the UK.

The location was very convenient to the main pedestrian area of the town with several restaurants and bars located near by and you could easily walk to the seafront. The manager was very pleasant and chatty and made us feel welcome. There are a few parking spaces behind the hotel which you cannot book.

Tea or coffee facilities in the room, but this rarely occurs in France.

Nice small hotel in the heart of Ouistreham

Location was superb 4 min from the ferry port and for town centre and beach access. They have a little parking at the back. The room and en-suite was modern and clean.

No lift only stairs so may not suitable for some people with disability .

Good choice close to ferry terminal

Julien at the front desk was very nice & welcoming. Excellent customer service! They Accept check-in’s til 18h, but they will text complete instructions if you come after 18h, just let them know in advance. Couldn’t do breakfast, as we had a ferry to catch in the morning, but Julien did give us good restaurant recommendations for dinner. Comfortable bed, decent size room. Walking distance to ferry. Overall good value for your money. Good for one night. I would stay again to catch another ferry.

No toilet seat cover. No elevator. (Not a problem for us, but for some people it is). There was one plug on each side of the bed, which was good, but only 1 other plug in the room and it wasn’t in the bathroom , it was under the desk. They do supply a hair drier, but you have to plug it in under the desk to dry your hair. Kinda awkward.

Thé location is good.

Thé room was too small for four people. There was a spade bed in the room that was not pulled out ready to use because the room was too small. The staff do not stay at the property . We were three floors up and on our own with small children and one of the members of our party felt very uncomfortable and anxious . So we decided to book another hotel. We had been travelling for many hours and our ferry had been cancelled this was a stopover. The charges were higher than on the board outside the hotel.. and when we tried to cancel we did not get a refund not even a partial refund . The rooms are okay for two people not four as advertised.
