Location, great professional staff

I stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. The location is very good, close to many places and easy to move around. The staff was excellent. They were very kind, friendly, and always ready to help, which made my stay better. However, the hotel is a bit old. The rooms and areas look outdated and need to be modernized. Overall, it’s a good hotel because of the location and great staff, but it would be much better with some update

I didn’t like the beds. We stayed for five nights and the first night was a nightmare because the beds were support hard. It literally felt the same to sleep on the floor than on the bed. We asked if something could be done about it and we believe the mattresses were changed. However, they were still hard but not as hard. On that side, I believe they did what they could but then that means their beds could be very old. On the night we were getting ready to attend a wedding, the power went off and o my the halls had the lights on. I believe the power went off in the area not just the hotel, but I would think the hotel should have some generator. Perhaps they had it but didn’t kicked in. We waited for 30 min and we just had to finish getting ready with our phone’s light. We also didn’t like that there were no safe boxes in the room. You have to take your things to lobby and they will save it for you. They will give a key so that they can open the box when you need to. However if you loose the key, you will have to pay 2K pesos.
