Отличный отель за свои деньги. Приветливый, русскоговорящий персонал, носители языка, не болгары, нам было очень удобно общаться. Отличная еда в столовой, супы как домашние, понравились мидии, курица и свинина в кляре, вкусный омлет, всего много, голодным не уйдешь. В номере все было в рабочем состоянии, большие удобные кровати. Все супер. Почитав отзывы, были готовы ко всему, НО, нам реально понравилось! Напитки в баре имеют какой-то секрет))) мы брали только крепкие, 2 порции и ты в лежку.) До моря 7 минут прогулочным шагом, хороший пляж. Спасибо всему персоналу отеля!

Немного грязновато на общей территории, лестничные пролеты, в столовой не оперативно столы протирают. Это не критично.

hotel very clean ,staff very helpful especially Venny, who brought us to the nearest village in his own car for us to see the other side of sunnybeach. He was very helpful all round and spoke very good english.

The two bed apartments were very big plenty of room in them .

The food was not good we were an Irish family and had to eat out every day and evening . You had to que for food and when you did anything that was any way edible was gone people piling there plates high with all the fruit and pizza so only first four people got any it was very disappointing and an extra cost onto our holiday as we ate out every day . I had to ask for new towels after four days , staff have little to no English so very hard to even get a drink even tough they are friendly and polite it was hard to communicate. Ice-cream is served once a day and you have to que for an hour to get one .it was not worth the money your better off going self catering .
