    Hotel Tejo is located in an ideal spot, close to metro and train stations, good restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The hotel facilities are well maintained and clean. The staff was certainly friendly and helpful. More importantly, they gained my respect by admitting to their poor response to a complaint I had. All things considered, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone for its value, friendly staff, and location.

    Confusing narrow hallways, poor signage. Very tiny elevators. No hot water in showers.
