Nettes Apartmenthaus in relativ ruhiger Lage mit eigenem sehr schönen Strand.
Der Eigentümer hat sich um einen besseren Parkplatz für uns gekümmert. Klimaanlage und Deckenlüfter waren ein Segen:)
Mückennetze oder Sonnenschirme für die Balkone wären wünschenswert gewesen.

The apartment block is on a quiet street, lots of trees & gardens .
Just a short 3 minutes walk to the beach and a nice bar restaurant.
There’s only smaller garden & pool,
But it’s perfectly adequate for a dip or lunch outside .

Il residence è vicino al mare, che raggiungi comodamente a piedi in tre minuti di piacevolissimo tragitto nel quartiere verdeggiante e ombreggiato. La zona è comoda anche per raggiungere supermercati (1 min. a piedi c’è un minimarket) ristoranti o zone aperitivi. Sei vicino al bosco di lecci e pini marittimi che si estende per chilometri lungo la riva degli etruschi e contribuisce alla bellezza delle spiagge.
