Some hotels think their only job is taking your money

The breakfast was nice, room average.

Appalling service, this hotel is very isolated and has not invested in a basic shuttle to the closest train station. As there were not taxis we were left to walk 40 minutes in the sun and with all our luggage and our child to the closest station. The person at reception was completely useless and may need to reconsider their understanding of hospitality.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you would like a peaceful stay and to sleep, it’s a party hotel.

Lovely grounds and nice hotel

This is not a hotel to stay at if you want to sleep. At night they have a DJ in the garden until 1am, it’s unbelievably loud and impossible to sleep. Lots of people politely asked them to turn the music down so we could sleep but they refused and said by law they were allowed to play loud music until 11pm.

Fabulous Hotel and Gardens

We booked one of the cabins, which are located at the back of the property in the gardens. There are SO MANY chill out areas, sofas, loungers nestled amongst the trees and greenery. Wonderful!

The hotel found it difficult to book us a taxi into Pertuis one afternoon so we had to walk. Not a problem, but highly recommend booking in advance, as it’d a small town.

The staff was lovely and helpful. From the moment we arrived, they were super sympathetic and careful of every detail. The swimming pool is huge and it is a key point for this Hotel.

The decoration was poor and it looks a little bit old. However, it is important to highlight that everything works perfectly and it was super clean. Bed super comfortable.

It was ok, but needs modernising particularly the bathrooms.

Staff were very nice, beds were comfy. The grounds were beautiful, lovely pool. I wasn’t keen on the food unfortunately, There were several restaurants in the surrounding area which I preferred.

Rooms are big and comfortable, some minor updating needed. Pool is great and always loungechairs available. Restaurant really excellent. All staff are friendly and helpfull.

No wifi in the whole building, old sheets, no restaurant.

The room was okay but the Wifi wouldn't work in the whole building. I had to go to the parking lot to send E-mails.

No wifi 🤔 It couldn't eat at the restaurant because it is closed at 9pm. My sheets were so old that they had gaping holes. I won't be back.

Aucune flexibilité !

Séjour très décevant. Nous avions réservé une nuit plusieurs mois à l’avance pour un mariage à proximité et avions signalé dès la réservation notre besoin d’accéder à la chambre plus tôt que 15h pour pouvoir nous préparer. Réponse de l’établissement : « cela dépendra du remplissage », sans aucune volonté d’arrangement. Quelques jours avant, j’ai rappelé pour insister, proposant même un supplément si nécessaire. Toujours la même réponse floue, puis on me propose une minuscule chambre sous les toits, pour une personne… à 80 € ! Même pas un geste. Le jour J, nous arrivons vers 13h en espérant un effort : aucun. On nous propose de nous changer dans les vestiaires de la piscine, sales, sombres, sans lumière ni électricité dans les prises, ni confort. Notre chambre est finalement prête… juste avant notre départ. Le soir, à notre retour, nouvelle déception : chambre petite, vétuste, mal entretenue, lit en 140, mobilier abîmé… Rien à voir avec le standing attendu. Et pour finir, réveillés le lendemain dès 10h59 par un appel nous pressant de libérer la chambre, puis des coups à la porte à 11h05. On part à 11h20, sans un mot d’excuse. Un comble vu le manque de flexibilité la veille. Aucun effort, aucune considération, rapport qualité-prix catastrophique. D’autres invités ont logé à proximité pour moins cher avec un bien meilleur accueil. Donc à éviter. C’est la première fois que nous vivons une telle expérience dans un hôtel.

Un séjour très décevant dans cet hôtel soit disant "4 étoiles"

La cour intérieur est belle. Même si la plupart des fauteuil sont sales... Le parking est grand, donc aucun soucis pour se garer. Le hall est plutôt beau, et la piscine semblait être bien, on a malheureusement pas eu le temps d'y aller puisqu'elle fermait à 19h30. La personne à l'accueil était gentille, malgré l'énorme point noir de ce séjour à savoir la chambre, elle est resté agréable et compréhensive, même si aucune solution n'a pu être proposé car l'hôtel était complet.

Ce n'est pas DU TOUT l'idée que je me fais d'un hôtel 4 étoiles et d'une chambre à ce prix là. Les photos sur booking ou sur le site de best western sont très trompeuses… Nous avons eu droit à une chambre qui n'avait vraiment rien à voir avec ce que nous avions pu voir en ligne lors de notre réservation. En commençant par la taille de la pièce, les tables de chevets à ras le sol, en passant par la salle de bain à même la chambre comme dans un hôtel bas de gamme, le mini frigo ne fonctionnais pas, le support de pommeau de douche qui menace de se détacher à n'importe quel instant, des taches sur les murs, le mobilier cassé (chaise de comptoir dont on se demande d'ailleurs bien ce qu'elle fait là...), la chasse d'eau si dur à enfoncer avec ce robinet poussoir de cours d'école, la clim qui ne fonctionnais plus le matin, la poussière au-dessus des meubles, les lampes de chevet qui pendouille sans abat-jour, bref, il n'y a vraiment rien qui allait. Si encore nous avions eu une jolie vue sur la cour intérieure... Mais non, vue sur le parking pour ne rien arranger. On nous a dit que notre chambre faisait partie des chambres qui n'avait pas encore été rénovée. Il serait peut-être temps de le faire ! J'ai pu voir à postériori d'autre commentaires peu élogieux sur cet hôtel qui disent la même chose et ce depuis déjà plusieurs mois. Le petit déjeuner était "OK", rien de bien dingue à vrai dire. C’est bon mais loin derrière d'autres 4 étoiles visité auparavant. La piscine ferme à 19h30, c'est vachement tôt je trouve alors que le soleil ne se couche qu'à 22h et qu'il fait une chaleur de dingue à cette période. Nous n'avons donc pas eu le temps d'aller en profiter le soir après avoir fait ce que vous avions prévu.

Schöner Standort, um die Provence zu erkunden.

Das Hotel liegt am Rande von Pertuis, der Ort selber ist nicht fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel verfügt jedoch über ein ausgezeichnetes Michelin-Restaurant. Weiterhin gibt es in unmittelbarer Umgebung drei weitere Restaurants, u.a. einen guten Vietnamesen. Es gibt eine große Anzahl von kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Das Hotel liegt in einem wunderbaren, großen, gut gepflegten Park. Es gibt ein tolles, großes Schwimmbad, in dem man gut Bahnen schwimmen kann. Das Superiorzimmer war ausreichend groß und hatte eine schattige Terrasse. Das Bett war groß und bequem. Das Bad hatte eine gute Dusche, das WC war separat. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und lecker. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich.

Das Wasser im Schwimmbecken war zu kalt (Ende Mai 21 °C)
