Before this, I had only ever stayed in 4- or 5-star hotels, never in a 3-star hotel or apartment, so I was a bit worried at first. However, it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise for our family. Everything was excellent, and in my opinion, this hotel easily deserves a 4-star rating.
The grounds, rooms, reception area, swimming pools, and the rest of the facilities were all clean, well-maintained, and beautifully kept. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent. We rented a car, but even on foot the beach and everything else are very easy to reach.
I'm not sure what kind of rooms or apartments the people who left negative reviews stayed in, but ours was in excellent condition and we couldn't fault it at all.
At the moment, I honestly can't think of any negatives. Everything met our expectations, and we had a wonderful stay.

I liked the pool area and the staff were lovely
The cleaners don’t really clean tbh it wasn’t great in that sense
The food at the pool bar is disappointing
