Good location, pleasant hotel and comfortable accommodation. The staff were polite and, after I raised the issue with EV charging, the reception did not charge me the €8 overnight parking fee.

I chose this hotel specifically because I was travelling on business by EV and the hotel advertises 4 charging points, up to 22 kW, at €0.55/kWh. My plan was to charge overnight and leave in the morning with a fully charged car for the next destination of my business trip. Only after arriving did I discover that, in addition to €0.55/kWh, the charger charges €20 for EVERY HOUR of charging. This crucial additional fee was not disclosed with the charging information on the hotel website. The charger was providing only about 11.4 kW. Charging the approximately 70 kWh I needed would therefore have taken around 6 hours and cost approximately €158.50 (€38.50 for electricity + €120 in hourly fees). For comparison, my hotel room cost only €84 for the night. I therefore did not charge at the hotel. Instead, I had to leave earlier than planned, find another charging station on my route and change my morning schedule in order to reach the next destination of my business trip on time. To be fair, after I complained, the reception waived the separate €8 overnight parking fee. I appreciated this gesture, but unfortunately it did not solve the actual problem or the disruption caused by the undisclosed charging fee. Hotels are of course free to set their charging prices. However, a €20/hour fee that completely changes the real cost of the advertised service should be clearly disclosed before booking, especially when EV charging is promoted as one of the hotel’s services.

We stayed in room 205 which faces the main street. It was super loud at night from tourists and cars. Would highly recommend upper floor and facing parking site if you prefer good night sleep. I was also very disappointed with breakfast situation-ordered breakfast to go for very early morning for my daughter who was traveling by bus for 8 hours - it was confirmed the night before only to find out in the morning the chef didn’t make it. I wish someone would notify us so we could make different arrangement. The receptionist apologized and offered free parking which was a nice gesture. Thank you for that!

Friendly young staff. Nice fresh bread buns at the breakfast. Clean. Free parking in town center. Grocery shop Billa cross the road, so you can get some breakfast there.

I paid for double bed as I like to sleep as at home, but only one thin duvet on one side of bed. I asked for double duvet or blanket. Not available. I had to ask twice to get at least extra thin single duvet. Room was cold during the night and got cold. I have been told that Aircon cooling/heating function is disabled at this time of the year. At the breakfast, no option for healthier non-dairy butter. Only one plate with vegetables. Peppers fermented already; tomatoes soggy. Not freshly cut. Jar with Almond milk sign empty every morning.
