happy to be back

I stay here every two months so I am very familiar with the hotel and staff. This time my room was facing the coutyard so it was calm and quiet. Staff, as always, very nice and friendly !

my favourite spot in Luxembourg when I have a ticket for an evening @ the Grand Theater.

Great location if one intends to see a performance at the Grand Theater of Luxembourg. Easy access to the train station and center of Luxembourg City. Great staff. I should know by now the name of the nice, young, blond lady who is attentive and so kind. (a thing to check next time).

For some reason I could not access the internet with my laptop. Did not have time to ask for help from the hotel's desk.

Good cost value and location, but a little bit hot in the room.

Good location. A little bit outside of the city center, but it didn’t take long to walk into town. The room wasn’t huge, but definitely big enough for a solo traveller. Nice bathroom.

The room was quite hot. I tried to adjust the temperature on the device mounted on the wall, but the temperature stayed the same.

It was fine once I moved but for the money I expected a better room and experience.

The airconditioning in the main building was broken and as it was a weekend could not be fixed. My room on the first night was 27-30 degrees. Hot air was blowing. I was moved to a tiny room in the annex which had air conditioning but it was noisy as on a main road.

The air-con didn't work, they swapped us into a different room, still no air-con. It might be fine in the winter, but in the middle of summer, I would advise that you give this establishment a very wide berth and choose somewhere else.

Very good while on a business trip!

Very central and practical location (3 min from a tram stop). The room was clean and spacious, and the bed comfy. Plus points: you can manage yourself whether you want the airco on :) and the young man at the reception was very helpful :)

Great central location, but a few issues during our stay

Great central location, but a few issues during our stay The hotel is in a very convenient central location, with a large public parking area nearby, which made it easy for us to get around. Our room was spacious and clean, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the lift was out of order for the whole duration of our stay and our room was on the 4th floor, so we had to climb several flights of stairs each time. When we mentioned this to the staff, they kindly offered us free breakfast as compensation—which was a nice gesture. The breakfast itself was very good, especially the fresh orange juice. We happened to be there during a heatwave and found that the air-conditioning struggled to cope. Even with the windows locked and the unit set to full blast, it didn’t cool the room effectively and was quite noisy.

Not worth the money!

City centre is on walking distance or using free public transport. Parking facilities around the corner. Room was spacious and friendly staff.

Very outdated hotel. Some items were broken. Bath was very deep/high and almost dangerous to get in. This hotel is not worth the value of money. Compared to BW Annecy, this hotel is not more than 2 star hotel. BW should keep a universal standard. This is hotel is below that standard. For me, no Best Western anymore.

Always a good place to be.

We book here as often as possible as my husband and I have a year pass for the Grand Theater de Luxembourg but we live in France. Usually, in. the morning we skip breakfast when at the hotel as we both work in Luxembourg and our workplaces have nice cafeterias. This time we were not in a hurry and had breakfast. A very good one; a nice experience.

Nothing to complain about. This is why we keep on coming back !

good stay but expected much more space and comfort in the room.

Great location, you can access it by tram or the bus and it is literally in the very center/touristic place I think in all of the luxembourg. There are shops/cafes near the hotel, there are bus and tram stops very near. Good European breakfast.

The room was very tight. There were a very little space around the bed to walk and some completely unusable furniture where you could not access because there is too little space to access it. There was some strange office curtains on the windows (and I feel it was not washed for a long time) and it the room was street side and quiet noisy (but because of the traffic is too low at nigh on the street it was not too disturbing)

My favourite hotel in Luxembourg when I have tickets for a Grand Theatre performance. They should offer 10% off, as Brasserie Schuman, for tickets holders. I will visit more.

When I arrived, they gave me a room that was already occupied by someone else. Also, the price for a room was way too high for such a small bed and uncomforted little room, I was really disappointed by the service

Clean room but the road noise was terrible.

A good location very near the tram stop.

The view of the road and the road noise was terrible, so loud even with the windows shut. Being on the first floor meant trucks/lorries stopped for the traffic lights with engines running outside the bedroom window. This was awful. The bar in the hotel was empty - no atmosphere, no people around, nothing at all to tempt you to sit in the bar.

Comfortable cozy rooms, few minutes to central area via tram or bus, fitness room, hot water, very clean and stylistic touches, competitive pricing.

Fitness room was adequate for a workout but would have been nice to have dumbbell bars and floor mats.
