It's a good place, I slept very well because of the quiet and the bed was perfect.There is a coffee maker in the room which is perfect for me when I wake up. There is also a refrigerator which is quite generous for a hotel.

The curtain had a small cigarette burn and the carpet had a few stains, but overall it was clean

Very large, comfortable room in business type hotel, close to the ferry.

Business type hotel, only 50ish miles from Hook of Holland. Very large room with a bath as well as a shower. The rooms are adjacent to the main building, with a good car park. Very comfortable beds and nice bedding. Quiet room overlooking trees. Staff at reception were very professional and helpful. A really good final night's stay before returning to UK.

The restaurant was quite expensive, so we took some food to the room, which made for a more relaxing evening.

Good for a night or two

Big spacious room as advertised, a little terrace with a garden view (not much of a garden to look at), and parking. Good wifi.

Can’t book in till 3.00pm, just had to wait. Also the room we had had an old fashioned, noisy, temporary (permanent) air conditioner which was too noisy to have on at night time - should have a proper split-system hvac. Shower over bath is not my preference.

Fitness room. Was allowed to leave one day earlier without cancellation payment

Very poor service due to too little staff. Reception is often now manned and this is unfortunate as quite some distance from accommodation and you can only call reception by using your own phone.

We stayed for one night, everything was excellent, staff was super helpful and friendly. Restaurant was on point with great value for money. The beds were super comfy.

Shower gel bottle was empty. Room on ground floor was a bit cold.

We did not know that the Fletcher hotels existed. The hotel was very good and we liked it very much. The breakfast was also excellent.

The receptionist seemed a little shy and it was a slow welcome. However they seemed to thaw out later. Also we didnt know the restaurant did food as we saw all the literature advertising pizza and burgers etc. If we had known we would have ate there.

Perfect for our needs!

Everything about our experience with this hotel was lovely. To echo other reviews: the breakfast was great, we also chose the packed lunch (which was great), but above all: every single staff member we interacted with was wonderful. Would happily recommend, and would stay again.

Warm, welcoming, clean and comfortable.

I undertand that the main building of the hotel was once a convent The accomodation bujilding looks a little tired from the outside, but the interior is in good order. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. The decor is warm and fairly modern. The hotel was quiet and in a peaceful location. The UHD TV has a good selection of channels, including a couple of channels in English and French. The breakfast was good, including a small range of cereals and a cooked selection as well as cold meats, cheeses etc. I didn't need to use w-fi as my stay was very short this time, but I anticipate staying here again.

I was surprised to find that the accomodation was in a seperate building to the main reception, restaurant etc. There is no covered walkway between the two buildings. This is however a minor point for me and I will know in future to park towards the back, nearer the accomodation, and leave my bag in the car utill after check-in.

their were nothing nearby. minimart or supermarket the closest one is in the next town. if you donot have a car or bike, you will have to walk in a long distance.

Check in was quick, parking by the hotel is free. Room was big. Nice area around for walking. Food at the restaurant was good except dessert.

Bathroom wasn't clean enough and the toilet was so dirty.and smell was awful..it's not good for 4stars hotel. Breakfast was good but at 9 o'clock when we came almost everything was out. No scrambled eggs,no bacon, no cheese and coffee machine was stopped bcs milk was out. They add then but it was waiting time...At the restaurant they don't have meny in English or German but only Dutch. You need to scan the code and read in different languages in your phone. But then the waitress didn't recognise the dish you wanted to order. Interesting experience.

The restaurant is good and the breakfast as well . Good value for the money

The room was cold and we had two single beds for a couple . We had an issue with our booking which was cancelled by the hotel and We didn’t get the notification and the hotel was fully booked during our stay . Luckily they managed to find a solution for us .
