Vicinissimo al mare, zona molto silenziosa. Bello e comodo il portico col tavolo su un ampio giardino condominiale e un'ampia terrazza al piano superiore dalla quale si vede il mare. Comoda la seconda doccia esterna sul retro dell'appartamento. Il proprietario e la signora che si occupa della gestione della casa gentili e disponibili, chiari nelle informazioni. Parcheggio bene.
Forse la camera matrimoniale non è molto grande.C'è un'altra camera da letto coi letti a castello comunque. La raccolta differenziata a carico dell'ospite è un po' scomoda al momento della partenza se questa non corrisponde ai giorni del ritiro. L'aria condizionata, che non abbiamo usato, è a pagamento. Ma niente di cui lamentarsi comunque ed esperienza da ripetere.

The house was well equipped and we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower as well as the barbecue. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away (through the garden via a private path). It is minor local sandy beach with crystal clear water surrounded by rocks - beautiful😊
The only (very small) thing we missed was a door mat to keep out the dust and sand

Residence Il Sestante was exceptional location, the house was open, minimalistic but comfortable, very clean and the atmosphere and the views to the garden and the sea so refreshing. We also liked the outside oven and the nice climb path from the garden to the beach. Very warm and home like experience and the owner super simpatica. I would definitely go back.
