The location was great. The private beach and the access to the beach was perfect.
The water was shallow so good for the kids, and the near by rocks in the sea were great to watch the crabs and sea life.
The hotel and the room was what we expected based on the description, AC was working fine.
The food for breakfast was ok. the coffee was great.
Some of the staff did not speak english, only german (so be prepared :-))
The breafast was not buffet style, but the ladies served the breakfast, sometimes the choice was basic.
It would be nice to have the overview of the possible services with the prices printed on the reception and/or in the room (or online), so that you would not need to go to the reception desk every time.
The elevator was annoying, sooooo slow so we were waiting for minutes (even if the hotel has 5 floors).

Das Hotel Roxy Beach ist ein sehr herzlich geführtes Hotel mit außergewöhnlich nettem Personal. Romina die Chefin hat uns sogar Lunchpakete richten lassen, da wir das Haus am Abreisetag sehr früh, noch vor dem Frühstück verlassen haben. Sie spricht deutsch und ist eine absolut herzliche Person!
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Struttura datata anche se pulita, camera molto standard, niente acqua in frigorifero all'arrivo prezzo elevatissimo in rapporto a cosa offre, colazione ad ordinazione non a buffet
