Beautiful location next to clean and peaceful beach

The location of the property is Suberb and also the private beach opposite to villas is very scenic.
I think the property was less of staff and also the communication issues persist. In spite of confirm bookings We had to wait for 20 mins approx at reception when we checked in.
Also the room was not cleaned in spite of informing them and also we has informed them while we went out on local site seeing. We got to know the extra keys of villa was not there and hence they did not clean the room.

The property is well maintained and beautiful with a lot of fruit trees. We occupied both the rooms was safe. However the property isn’t beachfront there in a road in between the 2 properties but it’s walkable and safe
I didn’t know there were 2 properties because of the road but it was beautiful. The staff is cordial but the service is pretty slow

The breakfast was good, but when I went on the second day at 7.45 things were not ready, although the timings were from 7.30. I was only able to have a few things, however, they did not charge me that day, as I had to make an early start. One staff member was particularly helpful, but unfortunately I have forgotten his name.
There were just not enough buggies and when I was checking out I had specifically requested a buggy at 8.30 am but noe was available, and I had to bring my luggage myself, and my room was far. The staff did not seem to be concerned either, and did not offer to help me in any way with the luggage.
