Locatiom was great, parking behind the house, very good communication with owner about cehck in/out

The location is great, the rooms are modest but clean. We felt really welcomed. We enjoyed the stay together with our 2 dogs( large breed). Great place for taking the dogs for walks or runs since the seafront is near and it has a nice path close to it. You have the sea close, supermarkets, restaurants and it has a private parking area.
Good value for the money paid.

The toilets could be improved – there was an unpleasant smell, and the floor drain looked old with some rust. Also, the room didn’t have enough sound insulation, so we could hear noises from the neighboring room.
