The man was kind. He kept fire in stoven. There was a woman, she made check in, she asked more money for linen and pillow, than it is written on the site, so it is sad. The warm in rooms were maintained by heating, and it was allowed only 5 Kw per day, extra kw used should be paid apart. The kitchen should be used also for money paid extra. If you come for a late check in, you also should pay for it for every hour apart. It was really unpleasant, that it was asked money for everything.

Public transportation in general in Billund is minimum. It can be time consuming to reach there.

The worst place seen by me til now: the adress is not right, dirty, old, stinky ... completely different from the presentation on booking page. I've booked a room with french bed and own bathroom. Doesn't exist such a room...is an appartement not prepared at the turism standards, French bed it was a extensible couch, no light, bathroom in carton placard and for commun use. I NOT recommend this dirty accommodation.!

TOURIST TRAP, BE AWARE. Booking.com wont help you.

False advertisement of the property and incompetetiveness of Booking.com employees. Paid for a room with private bathroom, got a house full of people (15+) and nobody cared, the property owner just ignored all objections and Booking lied to us, they promised full refund, and in the end, they offered 20% (!!!!) "compensation", which sounded more like a joke than a real solution. This accomodation is a TOURIST TRAP, BE AWARE. Never ever using Booking.com services again, great experience and eye-opener about this shady company for us. Never pay for anything in advance with no possibility of cancelling.

So bad I regret

It is just the man who was nice. And the town is clean

The house was full of spider, not clean at all, No curtains in the bathroom. The toalett papir was a little bit from the last quest. I bought my own. The soap also was not new. There was some leftover toalett papir also on the floor. Not even a place to stay. The garbage in the bathroom and the kitchen, no fridge to keep our food. Doesn't deserve the money at all,and if I had to use bed sheets or towels I had to buy extra.. They should say in the announcement not when u already paid before u get also. The duvet was old and thin.. The pillows was old too I think it, s been used for 10 yrs.. No pillows at all. Beside an old towel from the last quest also was there.

the advertised place was not available tottally mis leading an other place not to far where i had to stay. wierd place just wierd. was clean, buth nothing other than that. honestly look like some.one converted every possible.place under the house roof to usable space for rent. batroom door held close with wires, no towels in the room just in the bath tub, i cant put my finger on but feel like way way off place.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hosts were very kind and even dropped us off to Billund for a small fee which was very generous. The house is clean and we had access to a kitchen where we could cook meals, making our stay convenient. The village is beautiful and there are plenty of amazing hiking trails nearby - we walked to Grindsted and back in one full day, hugely recommended!

The place was 15-20 min from legoland

The smell in the rooms was the most terrible thing. When we came the host only showed us the room and left directly without any more information. The toilets had no toiletpapier. I had to call the host specially for the toiletpapier. The sheets were moist/humid. On 1 bed were crumbs on it. The pillows were small and thin. We had two rooms. One room was for two people, it had no a normal bed. It had a couch/bed not comfortable at all.

Le batiment n'était pas celui indiqué sur l'annonce, malgré les différents avis l'annonce est toujours en ligne je ne comprend pas. C'est pourquoi j'ai envoyé une demande de remboursement. Dans l'attente d'un retour, Bonne journée,

L'adresse n'était pas celle indiqué sur l'annonce. La propreté de la chambre n'était pas au rendez-vous (insecte morts, insalubre,... ) La seule lumière qui fonctionne encore dans la salle de bain clignote toutes les 3 secondes. On se sentait mal quand on était a l'intérieur du batiment. Lorsqu'on va a l'adresse sur google maps, nous remarquons que les commentaires (avis) partagé par les personnes sont les notres. Je rappelle que l'adresse indiqué n'est pas celle dans laquelle la gérante nous a donné rendez vous. malgré quelle soit dans la même ville Filskov, Danemark.

Das hat nichts mit Urlaub zu tun, Maximal als Monteurzimmer zu empfehlen.

Einziger Lichtblick ist der freundliche Hausherr, der uns empfangen hat. Ein absolut verwohntes Haus mit Reparaturstau an allen Ecken und Enden. Laut Beschreibung sollte ein eigenes Bad vorhanden sein, was sich als Etagenbad entpuppte. Im Zimmer keinerlei Möglichkeit sein Gepäck zu verstauen. Die "Garderobe" fiel von der Wand als ich meine Jacke anhängen wollte. Terrassentür nur mir "anheben" und massivem Kraftaufwand zu öffnen. Kühlschrank auf dem Flur, Eisfach total verschimmelt. Mein 7-jähriger wollte die Zimmertür schliessen und hielt dann die Türklinke in der Hand. Nach erfolgreichem Laden meines Telefons wollte ich mein Ladegerät aus der Steckdose ziehen, mit dem Erfolg das das komplette Steckdosen- Schalterelement mit aus der Wand kam... Total versiffte Microwelle, kein Warmwasser in der "Küche". Unterm bett alte Kleidungsstücke von wem auch immer.... Keinerlei Möglichkeit sein Zimmer tagsüber abzuschliessen. WLAN funktioniert gelegentlich. Die Bilder auf der Website sind realitätsfern. Einzig die Betten und das Bad waren in Ordnung. Glücklicherweise waren wir allein auf der Etage. Mir war klar, das bei dem günstigen Preis nicht viel zu erwarten ist, aber es sollte wenigstens sauber und sicher sein. Hab dann eine andere Unterkunft Gebucht.

Det var en campingvogn i virkelig dårlig stand. Madrasserne var klamme. Det lå ved et hus i virkelig dårlig stand et sted det lignede en losseplads. Jeg valgte at sove et andet sted, fordi det var så klamt og uhumsk.
