Bardzo mili właściciele. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Do morza około 15 minut spacerem. Blisko żabka, a trochę dalej więcej sklepów. Huśtawki, ławki, możliwość grillowania na terenie zielonym obiektu.

W pokoju z mini aneksem kuchennym (płyta grzewcza oraz czajnik 1l) największym problemem jest za mała umywalka tylko w łazience. Nie ma możliwości napełnienia czajnika wodą prosto z kranu, nie mówiąc o trudnościach w myciu jakiegokolwiek naczynia/szklanki. Słabe wifi.
