The staff was very engaging, asked about why I was there and showed excitement and enthusiasm towards my excitement of a new granddaughter. It was very heartwarming.

They were very nice and welcoming people and the hotel was very clean and my husband loved the homemade cookies aha

Comfortable, pool was nice, good value for money
The evening staff person told us breakfast was till 1130am, I thought that was weird with check-out time at 11am and questioned it but he confirmed. When we arrived just after 930am breakfast was closed. There are signs up everywhere for breakfast times but we had missed arriving late. Tim's and MCD were both very close which was good. It was just a little frustrating but didn't detract from the rest of the visit and pool

The walk in shower was very spacious and relaxing. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good as far as hotel standards. It had quite the variety of foods such as cheese omelets, fruit, muffins. There was plenty of parking available on site.
The pool was absolutely disgusting. There were socks against the wall, beer cans, pizza crusts instead of clean towels. The pool smelt like someone vomited in it or had a bowel movement there. Things of un noted slimy origin were floating in it. I told the staff and they didn't care. Later I saw some small children return from the area. Won't be surprised if they got some disease from there. I definitely didn't swim there and would recommend no one else either. Also there was no curtains on the windows. I could see what people were doing in their rooms from the parking lot.
