Das Frühstück am großzügigen Esstisch mit den besten Brötchen und Croissants vom Bäcker um die Ecke (Mecklenburger Backstuben) und die Lage der Villa waren perfekt! Die Großzügigkeit der Wohnung, die zwei Toiletten, das große Bad mit riesiger Dusche, die Ausstattung der Küche, die große Terrasse, der Sauna-Bereich, das Ambiente in der Villa.

Das sehr kleine zweite Schlafzimmer, das offensichtlich für Kinder, nicht für zwei weitere Erwachsene ausgelegt ist. Die Limitierung der Küchenreinigungsmittel. Ein Spültab pro gebuchtem Tag sollte machbar sein.

Hochwertige Ausstattung, auch in der Küche Super Lage und ein zugewiesener Parkplatz vor der Tür

Perfect location, beautiful apartment, spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet and was really well stocked and organized (had everything for the kitchen, bluetooth speaker for music, TV, lighting, furniture, etc.) If you are headed to the Baltic Sea, this place is amazing!

The only criticisms were that we didn't see anywhere before booking that there is a $12.50 charge per person for sheets and towels that you need to book in advance. Not that it is a large amount of money, but would have been good to know, but maybe I missed it in the description. Also, this is an apartment, so did not have soap, shampoo, napkins, just one roll of TP, etc. For short term renters, maybe a small package with a few basics would be great so you don't have to go to the market right away. But the market is very close (less than 200 meters) so was easy to do.
