The apartment is well located and has some nice modern features

Quite a bit of dust in some spots, perhaps a deep clean would be beneficial. The bigger problem is the hidden charges and extras, when you arrive you discover in the small print, you have to pay extra for towels and bed linen, which you need to collect from the management office a few streets away, you then have all the hassle of fitting these yourself. Nobody wants that after a long journey! On the last day, you have to strip all the beds and return bags and bags of towels and linen. Then, you have choice of cleaning the apartment yourself or there is another extra 75Euro to pay for a cleaner which you need to book with the management agents. My issue with both of these is not about the money, it's the hassle. They would be better off charging slightly more to cover preparing the apartment and cleaning afterwards. Holiday makers do not want to worry or deal with stuff like this. For these reasons, while overall the apartment is nice, we would not book again, I would prefer to pay bit more to have proper package.
