We really enjoyed the convenience of the location. Close to El Chepe train and in the heart of town so we were able to walk to restaurants. The hotel was comfortable, like being at home.
We only stayed one night, everything was great. Nothing I didn’t like.

The decor and ambiance tied to the train station. Staff very accommodating to the needs of the customer to ensure a pleasant stay.

Location is perfect, beside the main square and close to all amenities. Breakfast was quite good. Staff was very friendly
Room was very basic. Very noisy even with earplugs.

Of the three days we were there the first night we arrived in the evening and wanted to relax after a day of driving. The door handle broke and my husband was inside the room O couldn’t get in and they had to call someone to fix the lock. Then the television didn’t work for two of the three days there when we wanted to relax after a long day. Food was okay, staff was great.
A little run down.
