This airy, spacious,beautifully decorated home is located in the south western part of Cape Coral. Disappearing sliding doors in the living room gives a breathtaking view of the lanai and pool area. The waterfall feature on the brand new pool allows for immediate relaxation. this beautiful home has over 2000 square feet of living space! Countless canals run through this boating community. Tarpoon Marina and Cape Harbour Marina offers restaurants, bars and shops, The Yacht Club, 3 large supermarkets are nearby. A short ride over one of the many bridges puts you in Ft. Myers within easy reach of the beaches on the Gulf and shopping malls. The beaches of Sanibel and Captiva can be quickly reached by boat from Cape Harbour or by bridge. Pine Island is just a few minutes north of Paradise in Cape Coral.

We had a very enjoyable time, the house was ready early so we were able to check in early. The house was very well stocked and we also had a goodie bag waiting for us when we got there which was very nice. The house was very kept up and clean. The pool was very nice and there were a lot of floaties and pool toys. We would definitely rent again.

It’s a beautiful home. Very clean. There were a couple of hiccups but Teri handled them very quickly and did not interrupt our stay. Would definitely stay there again next time.

The host was absolutely the best of the best. They were great to deal with and went above and beyond for us during our two month stay. Property was very private and neighbors and neighborhood was one of the best in Cape Coral.
