About this house rental
This airy, spacious,beautifully decorated home is located in the south western part of Cape Coral. Disappearing sliding doors in the living room gives a breathtaking view of the lanai and pool area. The waterfall feature on the brand new pool allows for immediate relaxation. this beautiful home has over 2000 square feet of living space! Countless canals run through this boating community. Tarpoon Marina and Cape Harbour Marina offers restaurants, bars and shops, The Yacht Club, 3 large supermarkets are nearby. A short ride over one of the many bridges puts you in Ft. Myers within easy reach of the beaches on the Gulf and shopping malls. The beaches of Sanibel and Captiva can be quickly reached by boat from Cape Harbour or by bridge. Pine Island is just a few minutes north of Paradise in Cape Coral.

Beautiful and very clean property with so many homey touches, they point to loving attention on part of the owner. Pool and lanai area very private and functional with beautifully warm pool water. Thanks Teri for making this little paradise available.

This home is clean, and spacious and supplies everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. If having guests, the guest rooms and bath are on the opposite side of the home from the Master suite, maintaining privacy for all occupants. The pool is heated by solar which did a nice job of heating the water to a comfortable temperature. We loved the privacy of the lanai. The location of the home was perfect for us. Easy access to main thoroughfares. The host answered all of my emails very promptly. I wish this property was available for our visit next year. Definitely will keep my eye on this property for 2027.

Overall the property is great! It is well equipped in every way. Although we did not have to bother the host during our stay, she was great to deal with before and after our stay. I would highly recommend this property for a quiet comfortable stay.
