Stayed here a few times, staff are amazing very accommodating, good location.
Upgraded to the superior room loved the size and space but the mattress needs changing. Had springs digging in to me all night. I’m quite slender so nothing about weight. First time staying here I have had this issue so don’t let it put you off usually 10/10

Excellent for city centre and Abbey Park. Basic room, a bit tired looking but comfortable bed. Eating establishment on doorstep accessed via hotel is great. Good little cheap overnight quick stay hotel. I did sleep well, no guest noise and road traffic noise was minimal., considering location.
I have stayed here earlier this year and this time around the room was in need of redecoration. Very tired marked paintwork, rust on bin in bathroom, cracked floor tiles in bathroom however it was clean and bed/pillows quite comfortable. TV /wifi reception was poor.
