Die Lage war hervorragend. Das Haus befindet sich zwischen Altstadt und goldenem Horn und direkt an der Promenade wobei man zum goldenen Horn etwa 15 Minuten läuft und 5 Minuten in die Stadt. Die Ausstattung und der Stil der Immobilie war wirklich sehr gut und hat sogar unsere Erwartungen übertroffen (Eiswürfelmaschine, Weinkühlschrank, Spiele etc.)
Leider fiel mir ein unangenehmer Geruch auf. Worauf das zurückzuführen ist kann ich nicht ausmachen aber es war unangenehm wenn man vom Strand zurückkam. Nach ein paar Minuten lüften verfliegt der Geruch aber. Außerdem hatte ich ein Zimmer in dem man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte und wo in der Dusche unten etwas Schimmel war.

The views, excellent location, huge terrace, jacuzzi, fireplace, decoration & furniture of the house, a lot of useful equipment... we would definatelly come back
Electric circuits brakers were not strong enough when using floor heating (which shouldn’t be a problem in summer), sound isolation of the rooms
