The Museum

The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was local beans, which was well received. it's near the teaching hospital, only 10min walking the staffs are really good. housekeeper is really lovely lady, and the manager Saroj Timalsina is also very enthusiasm room is very good and clean

i’ve stayed in a lot of places in kathmandu, but the museum is honestly a hidden gem. the staff were super kind, real, and always ready to help without making it weird. the room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable for the price. good bed, reliable hot shower, and stable wifi that worked fine for work and streaming. once you’re inside, it feels peaceful even though the location is central and convenient. overall, amazing value for money and a place i’d happily book again. easy 10/10 from me.

honestly there wasn’t anything major to complain about. if i have to nitpick, i’d say some small things could be improved like slightly better soundproofing and maybe a bit more lighting in the room, but nothing that actually affected my stay. for the price and the level of service, these are tiny things and i still think it fully deserves a 10/10.

Loved the quiet location, spacious room with nice shower and amenities, friendly and helpful staff (Prakash was great!), easy walking distance to nearby cafes and restaurants, and overall good value.
