    Was a good room with good staff service. Just a bit pricey as it was booked last minute and during an event timeframe.

    Perfectly placed for the dlr and underground and they didn’t hike the prices on the marathon weekend, room was noisy as we overlooked the railway but earplugs were provided !! We were offered a free breakfast as runners which was great with a very extensive choice, most of the staff were very pleasant and the room was very clean .

    I stayed at this hotel with two other colleagues. The staff was great, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre; trains running through late night was annoying.

    Stayed while dropping my ward to university. No phone in room to connect to reception. Had to personally go down to pick dental kit. Wash basin was clogged so i complained around 7:30 AM to receive a feedback that maintenance will only reach by 9 am...havent been to a hotel in my life that does not keep inhouse maintenance. So basically i either wait or use and overflow it. no tap water bottles.
