Great location, very very friendly and helpful owner and her son,nice family atmosphere, great for long walks do Nin town (beautifull konobas, don't eat at nearest hotel restaurant, kitchen in Nin tovernas is much better), kilometres of beaches in 5 min walk... For relaxing holiday perfect stay.

Hosts are very nice, friendly and eager to help. Welcome drinks are very tasty. Apartments are big and clean, they look pretty new, and are in very good condition, cosy patio, close to the sea. Even when it is very hot weather - it is comfortable inside, even without using air conditioner. Private parking free of charge.

Bad smell from one of the wardrobes. Need of asking for every bin bag, remote for air conditioner, or toilet paper. There is TV in apartment we rented, but when turning it on - it says that there is no source of signal - although, not a big loss for us. Poor infrastructure around(single restaurant, few fast foods that were closed most of the time).

The house is very close to the beach and well equipped shop. Our apartment was also quite spacious (two bedrooms, kitchen, hall, bathroom and two terraces). Kitchen is well equipped, preparing meals was no problem at all. There is also quite a big parking space in front of the house. The owner was very helpfull: she brought us grapes from her own shrub, did a laundry for us and cooked doughnuts for our kids.

The bathroom is rather small and old fashioned.

Very friendly and helpful hosts, they kindly welcomed us with Croatian traditional cherry drink. Apartments are spacious with great sea view and big terraces, we had everything we needed. Big parking place, calm area, very close to the sea and probably the best ratio of quality and money you can get.

Washing machine would have been a great plus. No AC controller in the room, but in September it wasn't as hot.
