Spacious property managed by lovely host

Lovely couple renting out a whole house next to theirs, making check-in and any requests very straightforward. Property was fully equipped and was very spacious. In a small town outside Florence and known for its thermal bath. Good cafes and supermarkets close by. Nice little garden area outside and safe parking on the property.

There was a construction site close-by during our visit, which is not the fault of the hosts. However, I didn't sleep much due to the noise level and cars racing past. My partner slept like a log hence it depends on how sensitive your sleep is

lovely Tuscan stay

Casa1 is located in a beautiful town. it’s a lovely old-fashioned house. it has a big bedroom with comfortable bed. there is also a lounge with television. the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make breakfast and cook some basic meals. The garden is beautiful. The owners are lovely. free parking is available. The place looks exactly as it does on the pictures.

Amazing place for Tuscany trip.

- Hosters - Paola, and Antonio are very hospitable and ready to help with anything. They are living in a neighbor's house and are accessible anytime. -Geographical location - a little cozy town with short access to the autostrada. That's convenient if you want to visit Firenze, Licca, Pisa, Pistoia and other Tuscany cities. - Private parking on-site, you can don't worry about your car. - The apartment is very cozy, with old-fashioned furniture and a kitchen, you can feel the old Italian spirit. We really liked it. - There is a lot of additional pillows, blankets, linen. You needn't ask hoster - just take what you need. - Fully equipped kitchen - Few nice restaurants within 5-15 minutes walk distance. Few supermarkets within 5 min drive distance. - Good WiFi - Good heating

Three days was not enough - I would like to return.

Paola and Antonio could not have been more helpful.They found out the bus times to Montecatini for me and Antonio even gave me a lift to the station when I left (the bus the day before had been 30 minutes late). Very kind.

Great stay

Spacious apartment with everything one needs. A large bathroom, well equiped kitchen, a comfortable bed, nice patio, and a livingroom. Airconditioning as well, and of course wi-fi. Peaceful area. Very nice and helpful host who speaks English very well, the town center is a few minutes walking distance away. Great value for money.

Traditional accommodation in convenient location

Traditional Italian apartment with spacious bedroom, a well equipped kitchen and a small place outside the flat to sit for two people. The location is very convenient for the area of Lucca, Pisa, Altopascio etc.

Internet was not working. It was sometimes quite cold, the heating was turned on and off, we couldn't regulate it ourselves.

La casa è vicia al centro di Monsummano ma nonostante ciò in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Le stanze, camera e soggiorno, ampie e soleggiate. Il letto matrimoniale molto comodo, con un caldo piumino. Casa ben riscaldata, nonostante le giornate fredde. Molto comodo il parcheggio interno

Un po' minima l'attrezzatura di cucina: qualche pentola in più sarebbe comoda

Bardzo polecamy obiekt. Czujesz się jak w domu.

Gospodarze byli bardzo przyjaźnie nastawieni, zawsze uśmiechnięci i gotowi do pomocy. Zostaliśmy poczęstowani wyśmienitym winem zrobionym przez Antonia. Mieszkanie było bardzo klimatyczne, gustownie urządzone, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona no i wielki plus - klimatyzacja ,zwłaszcza że w trakcie naszego pobytu temperatura w cieniu oscylowała wokół 40 stopni. W pobliżu dużo lodziarni, restauracji i kawiarni. Pobyt bardzo udany.
