The flat was modern, clean, cosy and well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Safe access to the entire building is granted with two keys. The balcony provides a fantastic view of the city and the surrounding hills, which is particularly impressive at night. The location is excellent, with easy access to the tram stop, main avenues. There is a good variety of supermarkets in the vicinity. The city centre and the Promenade des Anglais are both within a 30-minute walk. The owner was extremely kind and welcomed us warmly, even coming to say goodbye on the day of our departure. This flat is well-suited for a pleasant stay in a lively neighbourhood of Nice.

The landlady Nathasha was very helpful and kind. We also liked the location. The property has a nice balcony. And perfect fresh veg and fruit market just down the road! Market was there almost every day!

Night time the road got noisy with young riders but sometimes the police were there to stop them from making noise!

Gera vieta, butas pakankamai naujas ir švarus. Patogus čiužinys. Labial malonus šeimininkės bendravimas, pasiekiama bet kuriuo paros metu. Išvykimo dieną skrydis buvo vėlyvas, buto šeimininkė surado ir pasiūlė viešbutį šalia geležinkelio soties, kur buvo galima palikti dienai lagaminą. Netoli gelležinkelio stotis, tramvajaus stotelė. Netoliese yra net kelios maisto prekių parduotuvės.
