This was the best place to stay in Sarandë! We received such a warm welcome and were treated with great kindness, even though we arrived late in the evening. The apartment is cozy, very clean, and has everything you need. The view overlooking the beach and the entire city is absolutely stunning, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Everything is within walking distance: the bus to Ksamil, a grocery store with great prices right next to the building, a café serving the most delicious burek, restaurants, and taxis. The beach is just across the street. We truly felt at home from the very first moment and enjoyed every minute of our stay. If we return to Sarandë, we will definitely stay here again. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Location was amazing, a one minute walk (if that) down to the beach. Within walking distance to the restaurants, the port and beach clubs. The apartment is located further down in Sarandë so no need to be walking any big hills to get anywhere. Supermarket right outside as well. The view was also amazing, perfect to watch sunset and sunrise on the balconies. Facilities were great, fully working kitchen with air fryer and oven, cutlery, cups, wine and shot glasses, plates, bowls etc. Having a washing machine was helpful as well as the clothes airer. Air con, WiFi and TV fully working. The bed was comfy, plenty of storage space in the apartment for clothes etc, sofa was comfy also. We felt very safe, the apartment building felt safe as well as the surrounding area. The apartment itself also had locks and shutters on the doors and windows. The hosts were brilliant, always there to answer any questions and very welcoming and friendly.

There was nothing in particular that we didn’t like. The only thing we could say is out of the hands of the host themselves, is the noise from the World Cup viewing area (2 minutes from the apartment and obviously temporary) but it wouldn’t last long and the noise from the car washing place down stairs, occasional morning noise. We are people that didn’t mind the noise so was never bothered by it.

The location is great. Two Balconies with sea and sunset views.

Would have liked Sun loungers for balcony. Also curtain rail in bedroom needs attention. Shower cubicle needs a deep clean. Black mould round bottom of doors.
