Great location. Well-equipped kitchen and the washing machine was very useful. It was great to have a balcony.
The bathroom was fine, but a little narrow.

Location outstanding, we were walking distance to the Acropolis and many museums, amenities and restaurants. The terrace was large and a lovely outdoor facility. Rooms and linen were fresh and clean.
The bathroom is small and taller people may have to sit sidewise on the toilet as otherwise their knees will be too crammed. the hot water system is somewhat confusing. The elevator was unnerving.

Location was great, not far from Acropolis and also 5 minutes from supermarkets and lovely local tavernas. Balcony was large and caught the sun for most of the afternoon Air-con was reliable Wifi was reliable Host communication was great, gave us advice on where to go for food and also arranged airport transport.
There is a church across the road which woke us up with the bells on Saturday and Sunday, didnt happen on weekdays though Bathroom is small and more of a wetroom, not a big issue though.

Coco-Mat matress, great terrace, really convenient location near Acropolis tube station. Koukaki district is a good base for visiting Athens.
Tiny bathroom with a broken toilet seat. Fridge had leftovers from previous occupants. Old window fixtures which did not close properly.
