La posizione della casa é perfetta per andare ovunque, letteralmente accanto casa si trova un'agenzia di noleggio NCC, gite in barca e ogni altra esperienza disponibile nella zona. Di fronte c'é un alimentari molto buono che prepara degli ottimi panini per il pranzo. A due minuti a piedi c'é il supermercato e in 15 minuti a piedi sei sulla spiaggia libera (10 minuti a piedi per il Lido più vicino).

L'aria condizionata e la biancheria sono a pagamento.
