It was clean, the bed and pillows were super comfy and great shower
The shower door didn't close properly so water would spill but it wasn't the end of the world

We have stayed before and will use again. Friendly staff family oriented hotel. Good breakfast well laid out. Convenient off ring road for South Jakarta. Lots of food outlets & shops close and walkable. Caraf of drinking water is great.
Cannot remember any downside!!

It is a well run hotel, the facilities are generally of high standard. Nice little restaurant and coffee bar. The waiters and waitresses in the Restaurant are extremely friendly and polite.
I had a sweet room and the rain shower facility wasn’t working and also you have to wait for awhile before the hot water arrives after you switch on the water, approximately 2 to 3 minutes wait. The mini safe had to be fixed. And the Internet broke down on the first day, but after a few hours, the IT staff were able to fix it.

The location in the heart of bintaro
The hotel is quite old with little maintenance of basic linens, towels etc. Clean towels still had old stains. The bedsheets were terrible
