Corkage charge of 500 pesos if drinks from outside are brought into the house. Hotel showed a list of their drinks with prices No waste bin in kitchen area, In first floor bathroom faucet slightly loose on sink. No toilet paper roll in toilets.

Spacious accommodation with equipped kitchen. Close to the airport, they have their own Van for airport transfers.

Shower door was broken - the maintenance and security person had to remove it for safety. AC at the middle room was beeping. Swimming pool was not clean. Management needs to do some repair and maintenance.

The receptionist was great, she was very pleasant. She apologized to me for how the owner behaved. Talk about irony! LOL!

The owner was rude and was furious because my friends were hanging/sitting in front of the apartment. We were not noisy but he just didn't want anyone hanging outside the apartment. So what were the tables and chairs there for? Some were outside because we rented a videoke machine and others are singing so some needed a bit of quiet to talk so they sat outside the apartment. The location is in the middle of nowhere, it is a short distance from the main road where you can find public transport and the way in, is also a dirt road. They should also fix the bathroom sink and the faucet.
