Location and size and modern fit out
Oil and salt and pepper would have been great. Parking was bit of a challenge but instructions got us sorted.

Loved the self-serve check in and location right off the main drag of Broadway. Was super convenient to just have a code and be able to get settled. Building is next to a super cute coffee shop. Room was cozy but well appointed. Appreciated the little things like a mini fridge with cold water and milk for morning coffee.
No complaints. Was more expensive than some in the area but a great night.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Broadway. The room had everything you need to make coffee in the morning, which is a plus. water pressure in the shower is off the charts. You can strip paint with it.
I think it was extremely overpriced for what it was. There's no staff and the whole place felt like an upscale youth hostel, kind of basic. I wouldn't complain if we had paid accordingly. The bed was small for two people and the mattress was too firm for my liking.
