The Grass Serviced Suites

The staff and comfortable rooms. Hands down my favorite hotel in Pattaya.

It’s clean and cozy. Great staff with smile to welcome you. The reception had full of trainees and those interns were supportive as well. Great breakfast in a clean, welcoming and well lightened dining hall. I enjoyed this part of the stay.

Although I booked the room with view unfortunately you cannot move the curtain as there was another block of apartments right across. It’s privacy concern. A guest with claustrophobia like me suffers in such situations. So did I.

Everything

Nothing

Very clean room, comfortable bed, and great value-for-money breakfast.

The advertisement states that parking is available on campus, which is technically true. However, the parking is not very convenient, especially if you have luggage. There are two parking areas: one located behind the hotel, which fills up quickly, and a second parking area approximately 150 meters away. In either case, be prepared to roll your luggage over gravel and walk around 100 meters to reach the hotel reception. This may be inconvenient for guests with heavy bags or limited mobility.
