B&B Hotels (2) was good but the customer service at B&B Hotels (1) was very bad.

The lady in charge of the facility was very good and understanding. The housekeeping was very good.

1. The breakfast was in the other Facility where the lady in charge was acting like a devil. To all my requests she had one response: NO. This was frustrating. 2. In the other facility, the customer service was VERY BAD. The lady in charge needs a special training on customer service management.

Quick overnight to recharge

The location was convenient for a short overnight while traveling across the country. Restaurants are nearby. There’s an elevator for your heavy luggage and our dog was allowed to stay.

Perfectly adequate for a stopover, had more effort been made by properly trained staff. In th

Breakfast was excellent, when received, but I had to show my receipt, having been told sternly that I hadn’t paid! Had to ask for different room initially, as first one stank of nicotine, in ‘non-fumeur’ hotel. Car was locked out at 10.30pm after my return from visiting friends locally. Code refused. Reason: I was trying to access Hotel 1 instead of nearby Hotel 2. No adequate signage to prevent guests going to the wrong hotel. They look the same in the dark. Was mercifully helped by another late arrival, or would have been stranded. Guests need to be instructed about this. Reception staff far too casual - no willingness to be helpful (not paid enough perhaps?) Luckily I speak French. Bed and shower good, but ‘never again’ for this chain.

See above. General attitude of Reception staff to guests very sloppy, though not actually unpleasant. Only contact for problem at night is by an intercom. The person answering this was helpful, but luckily I had a very kind fellow guest, a native French speaker, explaining the problem on my behalf.

Le lit est super confortable

La douche est très petite et très haute. De plus, il y a avait dans la sbd des gobelets mais ils y avait des taches à l’intérieur ce qui était un peu dégoûtant. Le rideau de la fenêtre lui aussi était taché
